Pini Village: Even though the world is getting more modern and fair for everyone, there are some strange traditions in different parts of India. We’re talking about one such tradition in an Indian village where women have to be without clothes for five days.

This has been happening for a long time, and all the women in the village have to do it.
Not Wearing Clothes During Monsoon
This strange tradition happens in a place called Manikaran Valley in Himachal Pradesh. Every year, in the rainy month of Sawan, the women in Pini Village there don’t wear clothes for five days. If a woman doesn’t follow this tradition, something bad might happen to her soon.

Also, during these five days, no husband and wife in the whole village talk to each other or stay close.
Pini Village’s Men also have rules to follow
Another news report says that during those same five days, men also have rules to follow. They can’t drink alcohol or eat meat. People believe that if they don’t follow these rules, it might make the gods angry, and something bad might happen. This tradition comes from a story that explains why they do it.
