The Mumbai Police have been put on high alert after images of Chabad House were recovered from two suspected terrorists. The suspects, Mohammed Imran Mohammed Yunus Khan and Mohammed Yunus Mohammed Yakub Saki, were arrested by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in Pune on Saturday.

The ATS said that the two suspects had been planning an attack on a religious place in Rajasthan. However, during the course of their investigation, the ATS found that the suspects had also been conducting surveillance of Chabad House in Mumbai.
Chabad House is a Jewish community center in Colaba, Mumbai. It was one of the targets of the 26/11 terror attacks in 2008. Since then, there has been a high-security arrangement at Chabad House, with a 24/7 police presence.
The discovery of the images of Chabad House has raised concerns about the security of the Jewish community center. The Mumbai Police have said that they are taking the matter seriously and have increased security at Chabad House.

The ATS is also continuing its investigation into the two suspects. They are trying to determine if the suspects were planning to attack Chabad House or if they were simply interested in the center for other reasons.

About the Suspects
Mohammed Imran Mohammed Yunus Khan, 23, and Mohammed Yunus Mohammed Yakub Saki, 24, are both residents of Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. They were arrested by the ATS in Pune on July 23, 2023.
The ATS said that the two suspects were members of a terrorist organization. They were allegedly planning to attack a religious place in Rajasthan.

The two suspects have been charged under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). They are currently in police custody.
